i embarked on a new crafting adventure yesterday. i glitzed up some photos with glitter and glue (glutter and git?)
i bought martha's glitter set on saturday (it was on sale, plus i had a coupon). i used this cool ballpoint glue pen for fine lines.
i glittered some pictures that mom got from our picture session (the $20 "these are extras we throw them away" pictures) i traced the areas i wanted to glitter with the glue. i worked with one color at a time, starting with the lightest glitter then working toward the darkest. i dumped and recycled unused glitter with a piece of folded paper (file folders work really well too). i have 3 glue pens, a wide tip, a fine tip and a ball point tip. i used the fine tip for larger areas (like the blanket) and the fine tip on the appliques and jewelry.
