RIP tavern on the green

i ate here with my mom and dad nearly 20 years ago, on a trip to new york.  i remember getting lamb medallions and feeling incredibly grown up.

perhaps it was a tourist trap.  but for a geek from the middle of nowhere, it was a fairy tale.
