random friday thoughts

today was a draggy day for me. felt migrainy and tired and half sick to my stomach most of the day. i don't know if it was becos of the impending cold front coming through, PMS or most likely, the result of running around an amusement park with few breaks for 2 days straight. i think i detoxed every bit of crud out of my system just by the amount of sweat i purged. who knew a bum sweated? one good thing out of it - everything sweet tasted gross to me. i bought pinwheels which i absolutely love and usually devour within a day and i haven't even touched one yet. i have a pack of archway soft chocolate chip cookies THAT SAT ON MY COUNTER FOR A WEEK. I JUST CRACKED THE PACKAGE OPEN TODAY AND ATE ONLY 2. this is a good thing. normal i eat an entire row and by the end of the day all 12 cookies are polished off. i should walk like this every day. i'm supposed to for exercise. i can't use time as an excuse becos as a SAHM i have all the time in the world. next time i go to white trash central i think i'll look for a cheap pedometer. the one from McD's got pitched and really wasn't great anyway.

went to the grocery store, and becos i felt so loggy i didn't know whether to pass out, puke or lay down in a cooler. got heirloom maters at farmer's market.

made up a new word - titphone. definition: the act of carrying a cell phone around wedged in cleavage.

yes. i saw a woman at the park yesterday who was walking around with a cellphone wedged between her boobs. and i don't mean a twiggy young thing with fake melons. i mean a fat squatty woman walking around with shorts that looked like underpants and a tank top with no bra, carrying her cell in her tits. it's times like this that make me grateful for me. i mean i'm not skinny and i'm short and i have cellulite and mom belly and saggy boobs (too walleyed to carry a cell; however i can carry a cordless between them but that would look really stupid) but at least i have the decency to cover it up at a public place. that's one thing i love about going places - seeing how people act and dress and knowing that there are others out there way freakier than yourself.

time to watch big love.
