i saw a picture of this in "weird pennsylvania" a few years back and wanted to take my own picture. that's actually a scroll he's holding in his hand, not his thingie. i came to the conclusion that the scuptor must not have liked penn when he made this statue. either that or it was a tremendous oversight.
