our new laptop arrived yesterday! now i can blog and email without using the dinosaur or fear of losing my typing on my iPod! we broke down and bought a new mac laptop since our old computer was chugging on it's last legs and barely ran the new programs and platforms.
spent yesterday morning at L&D with frequent contractions. cranky uterus was being a pain in the ass in the middle of the night and i freaked out and called to see if i needed to be monitored. naturally the contractions slowed down while at the hospital. got a good comprehensive ultrasound (babies are looking good and weigh over 5 lbs a piece) and had my cervix checked via dildo cam (nice and tight, the way it should be at this time). released with same instructions - bed rest, minimal activity, push fluids, call if i have problems. i got to skip my MFS appointment. next week is my regular appointment. then i get to see doc s the week after, hurray!
many prayers for my MIL today. she has her mastectomy this morning. she needs many many prayers during this rough time.

I've been thinking about you and your family, and wondering how everything went with your MIL's mastectomy. How terribly frightening this must be for all of you. I hope your uterus is behaving. Let's just let those babies cook a little bit longer. Much of this is out of your hands though. Just keep positive, keep drinking, try to rest (though I know that's difficult).
